The lululemon Leadership Summit is a week-long global gathering that brings together over 1,200 leaders from across the organization to align on strategic priorities, deepen connection to the brand, and introduce lululemon’s new “Made to Feel” brand identity. The summit blends immersive experiences, leadership development, and community-building moments to inspire and equip leaders to carry the brand vision forward.

The TCS New York City Marathon is the world’s largest marathon, welcoming over 50,000 runners from around the globe to race through all five boroughs of New York City. Beyond the race itself, the marathon is a week-long celebration of sport, community, and culture — bringing together athletes, fans, and partners through a series of events and experiences leading up to race day.

- Start & Finish Stage Production: Oversaw the design, build, and execution of the iconic start and finish line stages, ensuring seamless operations and impactful brand visibility.
- Ancillary Event Production: Managed key marathon-week events, creating engaging experiences for runners, sponsors, and fans that amplified the excitement and built anticipation leading up to race day.
- On-Course Activations: Led all on-course activations, coordinating entertainment and sponsorship opportunities throughout the race route to enhance the runner and spectator experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered closely with NYRR (New York Road Runners), city officials, vendors, and brand partners to ensure flawless execution and alignment across all touch points.
Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) serves as the flagship home for Peloton’s live and recorded classes, welcoming members from around the world to experience the brand in-person. The state-of-the-art facility brings together multiple studios under one roof, offering cycling, running, strength, and yoga classes — creating an immersive, community-driven destination for Peloton’s global member base.

MLS All-Star Week 2023 is one of Major League Soccer’s premier events, celebrating the best players in the league with a series of activities leading up to the MLS All-Star Game. The week-long celebration unites athletes, celebrities, and fans through a unique blend of sports, entertainment, and community events, showcasing the vibrant culture of MLS in the host city.

- Event Sourcing & Contracting: Sourced and contracted venues, vendors, and all key elements required for four marquee events during MLS All-Star Week.
- Site Planning & Coordination: Planned all event sites for the larger working team, ensuring smooth site logistics and team alignment.
- Onsite Event Execution: Led onsite execution for all events, overseeing the setup, operations, and final delivery to ensure seamless experiences.

League One Volleyball (LOVB) is a professional women’s volleyball league, launching its inaugural season in 2025. The league aims to elevate the sport, providing top-tier competition while empowering athletes through community, performance, and growth. With teams across the U.S., LOVB is set to become a premier destination for elite volleyball talent.

- Team Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the LOVB Atlanta team’s operations, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day logistics.
- League Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the team and the league office, facilitating communication and alignment.
- Facility & Equipment Management: Manage the team’s facility, schedules, equipment, apparel, and uniforms to ensure operational efficiency.

The Arizona Cardinals are a professional football team in the NFL, known for their passionate fan base and iconic game-day experiences.
